    Identifikasi wajah merupakan masalah sulit terutama ketika informasi dari fitur wajah tidak cukup atau terbatas. Misalnya dalam segmentasi mulut pemelajar, dimana objek yang diamati tergolong rumit, terutama ciri utama wajah yaitu, mata, mulut, hidung. Pada penelitian ini mengusulkan Normal Probability Density Function (Normal PDF ) dalam melakukan segmentasi dan pemisahan background dan foreground. Dari hasil eksperimen segmentasi mulut pemelajar metode Normal Probability Density Function (Normal PDF) dapat memberikan hasil segmentasi lebih baik. Proses pengukuran nilai rata-rata MSE menggunakan metode Normal Probability Density Function (NPDF) sebesar 275.3953475 piksel. Untuk Proses pengukuran nilai rata-rata PSNR menggunakan metode Normal Probability Density Function (NPDF) sebesar 24.39017959 piksel. Dari nilai rata-rata PSNR terbukti metode Normal Probability Density Function (NPDF) baik dan layak digunakan untuk melakukan segmentasi citra pada mulut pemelajar

    The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is differences ofconsumer perceptions on foreign and local electronic brands in Kenten Laut,Talang Kelapa Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency, Palembang. The purpose ofthis research is to know the differences of consumer perceptions on foreignand local electronic brands in Kenten Laut, Talang Kelapa Subdistrict,Banyuasin Regency, Palembang. This study includes a comparative studycomparing one sample with another sampel, whereby this study aims todetermine differences in consumer perceptions on foreign and localelectronic brands in Kenten Laut, Talang Kelapa Subdistrict, BanyuasinRegency, Palembang. The population is all KK in Kenten laut. Sample in this research is 200 KK, with technique of closter sampling analysis. Types of data used are primery and secondary data. Data is collected by usingquestionnaire, with analysis tool using chi-square. The results of theresearch indicate that there are differences of consumer perceptions onforeign and local electronic brands in Kenten Laut, Talang KelapaSubdistrict, Banyuasin Regency, Palembang.     The Combined Equilibrium of Travel Networks and Residential Location Markets

    The combined "user" equilibrium of travel networks and residential location markets is shown to exist and to be unique in the expected allocation of households to residential locations and to the routes and links of the network, in the vacancies and rents of residential locations and in the congested travel time and cost of each network link. The formulation combines a multinomial logit model of households' location and route choices derived from utility maximization, a binary logit model of house owners' offer decisions derived from profit maximization and the standard model of network congestion. A travel disutility measure (consistent with utility maximization) replaces the standard "generalized cost function". The proof utilizes a non-linear programning formulation which reproduces the simultaneous equilibrium conditions of the behavioral formulation. The stability of the unique equilibrium position is briefly discussed, a computational algorithm is proposed and hints for generalized formulations are provided

    The growth of vehicle every year give impact to traffic intersection performance. Various resulted by traffic impact arrangement of intersection which is not optimal for example is vehicle queuing, traffic jam , rise in delay time and also increase travel time. This research is conducted in one of Major Street in Surabaya, at Ngagel Jaya Selatan street which intersection between Ngagel Jaya Selatan and Ngagel Jaya Street. In this research, the analysis by using Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia ( KAJI) that program is program share released by Directorate of Urban Road Development (BINKOT). From result of analysis by using KAJI program, got intersection performance at condition in the morning reside at service of level F with queue length is equal to 1531 m, mean number stops of vehicle is 1,23 stops/pcu and mean intersection delay is 195,83 sec/pcu. In the day time happened queue length is equal to 1483 m, mean number stops of vehicle is 1,50 stops/ pcu and mean intersection delay is equal to 151,01 sec/pcu with level of service is F. In the evening got queue length is equal to 2458 m, number stops of vehicle is 2,35 stops/pcu and mean intersection delay is 306,71 sec/pcu with level of service
